Yes! We have a formal room block at the Home2Suites (code LBW) Courtyard by Marriott - please mention the “Lorencz-Bertrang Wedding” when making your reservations.

We also recommend booking rooms at the Firekeeper’s Casino and Resort, although we don’t have a formal room block there.

Shuttles will be available to and from BOTH hotels, and a specific schedule will be released here at a closer date.

Yes! A specific shuttle schedule to and from hotels will be available as we get closer to our date. We prefer all guests to ride the shuttle, unless we have specifically arranged other plans for you. Parking at the venue is very limited. Shuttles will make return trips to both hotels at the end of the evening as well.

Black tie requested. We would love our guests to use this special day as an opportunity to dress up and feel great. When in doubt, overdressed is best!

We would love if our guests would stick to a color-palette of black or rich dark jewel tones, and avoid bold colors/patterns as much as possible.

For ladies, this means a long formal gown - a shorter gown may be appropriate if it is formal and sophisticated. No mini dresses, separates, or shades of white/ivory please! We would also suggest block heels, wedges, or heel-stoppers, as the venue has lots of grass and gravel.

For gentlemen, typically black tie means a sharp tuxedo, but a formal and tailored suit is also appropriate if matching top and bottom. Bow tie or ties are preferred.

Our caterer is phenomenal and will be serving a duo-protein plate so everyone has something they love. If you have any sort of allergy or dietary restriction, please denote this specifically on the RSVP form so we can best accommodate your needs.

Please only bring the guests denoted specifically on your wedding invitation envelope. This is an adults-only event. We love your kiddos, but want you to be able to enjoy the evening kid-free for once!
